How Do You Help Users Never Miss a Dose Again? Managing medications can be stressful—especially for people juggling multiple prescriptions. Missed doses, last-minute refills, or not knowing when a prescription is running out are common problems. Add financial pressure, and it gets overwhelming. That’s the challenge we set out to solve.
What If an App Could Be Your Personal Medication Assistant? The goal was to design a simple but powerful app that helps users: ✅ Stay on schedule with meds ✅ Get refill reminders before it's too late ✅ Know when stock is running low ✅ Access financial help for their prescriptions ✅ This wasn't just about building a tool—it was about making health management less stressful and more human.
How Did I Bring This to Life? To design MediTrack, I followed a user-first approach: ✅ User Research: I spoke with users managing chronic illnesses and complex prescriptions. Their stories shaped the product. ✅ Journey Mapping: I mapped real-life routines and pain points to identify where users needed the most support. ✅ Wireframes & Prototypes: Created clean, intuitive flows—no clutter, just clarity. Core Features I Designed: ✅ Smart Reminders that nudge users gently, not annoyingly ✅ Low Stock Alerts so no one runs out unexpectedly ✅ Refill Tracker that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks ✅ Financial Support Section to connect users to discount programs or aid ✅ Usability Testing: Ran tests with real users to refine and simplify. Every screen was a chance to reduce anxiety and bring confidence.
What Changed for the Users? The impact was clear—and meaningful: ✅ Users stopped missing doses. ✅ Anxiety dropped—people felt more in control of their health. ✅ They appreciated the financial support tools, which made prescriptions more affordable. ✅ Feedback called the app “a lifesaver” and “so easy, even my mum could use it.” ✅ The company saw a spike in engagement, longer user retention, and glowing reviews. MediTrack is now a trusted name in digital health—and I’m proud to have helped shape that.
Why Does This Matter to You? If you're building a health tech product—or anything meant to make life easier—design matters. Good design doesn’t just look good, it builds trust, reduces friction, and creates loyal users. Need a designer who thinks like a user and builds like a partner? Let’s talk.
