E.A.T Mobile App & Dashboard Design

Connecting Diners to Great Food, Seamlessly

A Smarter Way to Discover and Enjoy Food I worked on the design of E.A.T, a European food-tech platform that helps users discover diners, cuisines, and food vendors around them. Beyond discovery, the app enables users to redeem coupons, enjoy referral rewards, and access first-time user offers while giving sellers and administrators powerful tools to manage listings, promotions, and performance.

Can One Platform Serve Diners, Sellers, and Admins Without Becoming Complicated? E.A.T set out to solve a complex challenge: Create a single platform that works smoothly for three very different user groups diners, sellers, and administrators. The experience needed to be simple for users looking for food, yet powerful enough for sellers managing coupons and admins overseeing the entire ecosystem. The risk was clear: without thoughtful design, the product could easily feel overwhelming or confusing.

What Was My Goal in This Project? I was brought in to help design the E.A.T mobile app and dashboard system. My goals were to: ✅ Make food discovery fast and intuitive ✅ Design a smooth coupon and referral experience ✅ Create clear dashboards for sellers, admins, and super admins ✅ Balance simplicity with powerful functionality ✅ Ensure consistency across all user roles ✅ Design for scalability as more vendors and cuisines join

How Did I Bring E.A.T to Life? I followed a structured, user-centered design process focused on clarity and usability. ✅ Understanding the Users I identified the needs of three core user groups: Diners: want quick discovery, clear offers, and easy redemption Sellers: need tools to list cuisines, manage coupons, and track performance Admins & Super Admins: require visibility, control, and oversight of the platform Each experience was designed separately but connected through a unified system. ✅ User Experience & Flow For diners, I focused on: Location-based discovery Cuisine and diner filtering Clear coupon visibility and redemption flow For sellers and admins, I designed dashboards that: Simplify product and cuisine management Make coupon creation and rules easy to understand Present key data clearly without clutter ✅ Visual Design & UI The interface was designed to feel: Clean and modern Trustworthy and professional Easy to scan and navigate Visual hierarchy and spacing played a major role in reducing complexity. ✅ Dashboards & System Design I designed role-based dashboards for: Sellers: manage listings, coupons, and offers Admins: monitor vendors, users, and redemptions Super Admins: oversee platform-wide activity and settings Each dashboard was tailored to its user’s responsibilities.

What Was the Result? The final designs delivered a strong, scalable product experience: ✅ Users can easily find diners and cuisines nearby ✅ Coupon redemption feels simple and rewarding ✅ Sellers can manage offers without confusion ✅ Admins have clear oversight of the entire platform ✅ The product is ready to scale across multiple locations E.A.T now has a cohesive design system that supports both growth and usability.

Why Should This Matter to You? Marketplace and food-tech products live or die by clarity. When multiple user roles exist, great design ensures everyone knows what to do, when to do it, and why it matters. E.A.T shows how thoughtful UX can turn complexity into simplicity—while delivering real value to users and businesses alike. If you’re building a multi-role platform that needs to feel simple, scalable, and intuitive, I’d love to help.
